This weekend, your Oregon Tradesmen took another sweep while splitting their weekend home and away playing West Bend Power.
Saturday, with Fromolz in the net making the saves, it came down to defensive strength in OT. After a scoreless 5 minutes, the pressure for the men in the net was on.
Fromolz held his own in the net as the Power players threw the shots at him. Our forwards wanted to show more than the impressive defense the team has and placed 2 beautiful shots in the Power net to win us the game in the shootout.
The energy in the rink was unmatched as it went from silent to help the boys focus, to roaring cheers with Fromolz’s saves, and the focussed shots from Parker Murn, and JC Humphreys.
They are at the home barn for the entire weekend taking on the St. Louis Jr. Blues both nights. Friday is Bucky Book night where you can purchase a Bucky Book at the game and proceeds go to Oregon Youth Hockey.
